On the 14th August, at 9 pm, Sarjan Khor, Sarjan Normi and Inspector Fairol from D5 Bukit Aman, came to Dian’s house. They did not have a search warrant…but Malaysia Boleh! They took a statement from Dian and confiscated her handphone and CPU.
Today at 5 PM she is to go to Kelana Jaya Balai Polis to be charged under penal code 505 (c) MCMC 233 and 258. Nothing has changed from the oppressive and odious times of Barisan Nasional. Dian will need legal assist whcih I believe is already in place. She will need bail money whci I hope you will assist. Let me look into the practicalities of making all this happen if help is needed. Meantime we wait.
