It is one thing to have race, religion and politics divide us. But there is now a new dimension to that divide. HATRED. There is rage and anger simmering. There is a venting of that rage and anger against those who are different from you …vented publicly and unashamedly. Human dignity is no longer a consideration when HATRED boils to the surface. …and PH seems powerless to dumb down this HATRED.
Or is this HATRED for those who are different from you a means to an end for politicians from both sides of the divide to achieve their agendas?
This society that fuels this HATRED for those who are different from us is also the same society that we now live in. Surely they cannot continue to live side by side. How soon before it implodes. How soon before this society breaks down burdened by the weight of its own opposing convictions?
I am a traitor …am I? How soon they forget! How easy they say that we are traitors! What will we do to this Zuraida? And to the others who are with her in this PH government who have already forgotten how our support, our efforts, and our votes put them into government?
Let me give notice to her and to the others in PH who think that they are entitled to another term in government. With every stupid idiotic statement like the one Zuraida has just made when she called us traitors….these are the kind of arrogance that gives us reason to work not only towards getting rid of you from our sight…but we will also work to make PH understand that we pay your salaries…that you are there at our mercy….and that maybe we will make sure that PH is a “one-term” government.
At this point of time that is still a “maybe”….because when it becomes anything else but a “maybe”…maybe this Zuraida will begin to understand that being a Minister is a privilege conferred only upon those who understand their place in the scheme of things to come….and right now Zuraida…YOU look like a “one-term” minister!
Raj Maniam :
Brother Hussein, I remember vividly how you have been canvasing through your blog for Pakatan Harapan victory in the last GE14. Your powerful arguments to kill UMNO and the BN goons did sway thousands of undecided voters to vote for PH victory.
I commend you for your campaign through your blog.
It was a sweet victory and the whole nation went ecstatic with a new dawn and for Malaysia Bharu.
No doubt the Pakatan Harapan government is struggling to implement the promises made in their manifesto.
The Rakyat is not at all happy with the one-man show going on in Putrajaya.
Does this mean that all of us, the hardcore opponents of the previous corrupt regime give up on Pakatan Harapan just like that after all the struggle and hard-fought victory of an unwinnable GE14?
Keep hammering them through your blog for change but let us not kill Pakatan Harapan for good and bring back UMNO/PAS thieves back to Putrajaya ever.
Regards to you and son brother Hussein.
steadyaku47 comment : I do not want to kill Pakatan Harapan for good but neither do I want Pakatan Harapan to live if they do not do what is right for the rakyat. Today arrogance and hubris are rife within PH…and for Zuraida to equate those criticizing PH to traitors is simply not on. Until she understands that…I and many others will try and make her life a living hell.
