Anthony Alan Lukose Talking about principles….

TDM, instigated May 13, divided the nations, destroyed MCA, MIC and than now UMNO, destroyed all the DPM that served him, brought the country to brink of economic disaster countless times, destroyed the politics of Sabah, created Taib Mahmud in Sarawak, threw a fit of anger when he wasn’t offered the PM post in the new Coalition ……….and Anwar is blamed for supposedly being entitled!!! Malaysia mudah lupa!!!!

This morning one of the comments made to what I posted yesterday is the one above that came in from Anthony Alan Lukose. I do not know Anthony. I would like to attempt a response to his comment.

He starts with “TDM instigated May13”...now this is a new one to me! I have been told that it was Lim Kit Siang who instigated May 13 (total nonsense and humbug), maybe it was Dato Harun (if he did Harun was just a politician who saw the “opportunities” that a racial conflict could do to his standing among the Malays, took the challenge to be a champion of the Malays and went with the flow – quite like what Anwar did with Reformasi!) or maybe May 13 was just an incident whose time had come simply because all the “cause and effect” of racial inequality that then exists in Malaysia exploded in our face. We all have our “theories” but it would be hard to say that Tun Mahathir “instigated May 13” because if anybody “gained” politically and individually from the May 13 incident it was Tun Razak.

He then went on to say that Tun “destroyed MCA, MIC”…brother that is just politics!

And he then went on to say that Tun also destroyed “now UMNO”. Did we all not want to destroy Umno? What Tun did, was to lead us in that endeavour and I remember this 92 Years old, at almost midnight, and it was drizzling, climbing a ladder to stand on a lorry to speak!

What else did this guy tells us that Tun Mahathir did…..“destroyed all the DPM that served him”. Again that is politics…and Anwar Ibrahim destroyed Tun Ghaffar Baba not Mahathir. As for Anwar Ibrahim…he destroyed himself not Tun Mahathir…was not Anwar convicted of sodomy twice? Convict Anwar of sodomy once, shame on Mahathir. Convict Anwar of sodomy twice…shame on Anwar!
And according to this guy, Tun Mahathir also “brought the country to brink of economic disaster countless times”…I think it was the government led by Najib that left our nation with almost a trillion in debt…..and from what I remembered of Tun Dr Mahathir….our nation was one of the “Tigers of Asia” and was respected by other Nations, and our people and our nation went through many years of stability and prosperity. It was Tun’s steady hand and moral courage that took us through some difficult financial periods.
Then he tells us that Tun “destroyed the politics of Sabah, created Taib Mahmud in Sarawak”...maybe yes and maybe not….but Sabah have only themselves to blame for nothing gets done in Sabah without dollops of cash. Was Taib Mahmud a creation of Tun Mahathir? That is for you and me to decide but there is no denying that the leader you beget is the leader you deserve….and does Sabah deserves anyone less for the manner they allow themselves to be “led” by Taib Mahmud?

And then this guy tells us that Mahathir “threw a fit of anger when he wasn’t offered the PM post in the new Coalition ..”  Now which parallel universe is this guy living in? When did Tun Dr Mahathir threw a fit of anger when he was not offered the post of PM in the new coalition? Can anybody enlighten me on this? What I remembered of Tun Mahathir is this…Tun does not get angry or throw fits…he gets even! Go ask Musa, Anwar, Pak Lah and now Najib….they know!

So really  Anthony Alan Lukos, what I am saying is simply this…do what I do before I put what I write into the public domain…make sure what you write will stand scrutiny by others….if not, susah lah!
